Giving Back to the Community

At Westin Hills, we believe that corporate social responsibility is a very important aspect of doing business. This is why we engage in community revitalization efforts in the most economically disadvantaged neighborhoods in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. The work we’ve accomplished benefits low income and homeless families. It is our joy to have the opportunity to give back to such a wonderful community!

New Homes for Local People in Need

To date, Westin Hills has managed the construction and remodeling of 14 low-income single-family homes and 32 low-income multi-family units for the largest provider of low-income and homeless housing in the region. Some of these projects can be seen in the pictures below!
