We used Jeremy Peterson and his company to renovate and perform major construction on our condo in Sarasota, Florida in 2012. Having done major builds ten times we are experienced owners and have seen many contractors. Jeremy is top notch. From the detailed schedule he provided in the beginning to the last punch list item, he was a great builder with whom to work. We had to perform this condo remodel from long distance so his willingness to stay in close communication, provide pictures of progress, and be so diligent made the job a delight despite the distance issue.
Jeremy is a very professional builder who knows the rules and makes sure his subs follow them. He has an uncommon work ethic to find these days and follows through until the job is done right. He is particularly good at pro-actively solving issues and problems as they arise (though we had very few, he solved them all). We recommend Jeremy without reservation. You won’t find any better.
